“On this occasion, I present a group of recent works in acrylic with blue variables, where the general theme is the landscape, a continuation of the series of forests in France. In these visual sources I insisted on getting lost again and again, as I imagined the painters and photographers of the Barbizon school did, in images that at the time were virtual for me (the Internet and photography books). However, in the midst of this persistence on the subject, love and the trip to France occur. Like an inexplicable confluence, I find myself visiting and traveling through the forests that I had drawn so much, like a reverse path over the fountains, exploring an unknown, yet familiar nature. Passage is this round-trip vegetal passageway, the passage between the real and the imaginary. A forest that does not fade and a love that becomes habitable. I share these drawn impressions with you here”
